In my role I led the styling of all campaigns, developed brand strategy, cultivated partnerships, managed site merchandising, and orchestrated events and pop-ups. I directed the merchandising team and stylists, collaborating with the creative director, photographers, and models to bring the brand’s vision to life. I worked closely with the creative and marketing teams to align on marketing strategy, ensuring cohesive brand messaging. Additionally, I spearheaded talent acquisition and partnered with logistics to design and implement an efficient, sophisticated warehouse system, blending creative and operational excellence to drive the brand’s success.
